LIVITE PVC Tent Fabric is a versatile material that can be used in various applications such as hall tents, event tents, wedding tents, official use tents, storage tents, and curve tents. It is a type of PVC Coated Fabric produced using a semi-coated machine with a high strength scrim reinforcement. The scrim can be made from fiberglass, nylon, polyester, or a combination of these materials.
Our PVC Tent Fabric is the most popular choice among people around the world. We offer excellent quality tent fabric in different weights, colors, and patterns. While many tents are made from cotton canvas, our fabric stands out with its heavy-duty PVC coated roof, ensuring strength and waterproofness. Some tents are entirely made from PVC coated fabric.
In addition to its durability, our tent fabric also offers blackout properties. We can add an extra blackout layer in the middle of the fabric to ensure 100% darkness. The fabric is airtight, waterproof, flame retardant, mildew resistant, and abrasion resistant.
LIVITE PVC Tent Fabric is available in regular weights of 650g, 750g, and 850g. However, we also offer customization options to meet specific requirements. The material is rolled onto a cardboard core and protected by a layer of kraft paper. The width of the fabric ranges from 1.02m up to 3.2m, and the color can be customized according to customers' preferences.
With different embossing rollers, the fabric can have various surface styles, including glossy, matte, or embossed patterns. We can produce different types of PVC laminated fabric and PVC coated fabric, thanks to their flexibility, excellent tensile strength, and tear strength. Our PVC fabrics are designed to be durable and suitable for a wide range of applications.
