LIVITE PVC Tent Fabric is a versatile material that can be used in a variety of applications, including hall tents, event tents, wedding tents, official use tents, storage tents, and curve tents. This PVC coated fabric is produced using a semi-coated machine, resulting in a high-strength scrim reinforced fabric. The scrim can be made from fiberglass, nylon, polyester, or a combination of these materials.
PVC Tent Fabric is the preferred choice for many people around the world due to its excellent quality and durability. It is available in different weights, colors, and patterns. While some tents are made from cotton canvas with a heavy-duty PVC coated fabric roof for added strength and waterproofing, others are made entirely from PVC coated fabric. Additionally, our fabric can be customized to include an extra blackout layer in the middle, ensuring 100% darkness.
LIVITE PVC Tent Fabric offers several key properties, including airtightness, waterproofing, flame retardancy, mildew resistance, and abrasion resistance. It is available in regular weights of 650g, 750g, and 850g, but can also be customized to meet specific requirements. The fabric is rolled onto a cardboard core and protected by a layer of kraft paper. It comes in widths ranging from 1.02m to 3.2m, and the color can be customized according to customer preferences. Different embossing rollers can be used to create various surface styles, such as glossy, matte, or embossed patterns.
