It is a type of PVC coated fabric that is produced using a semi-coated machine and reinforced with a high-strength scrim. The scrim can be made from fiberglass, nylon, polyester, or a combination of these materials.
Our PVC Tent Fabric is the most popular choice among people around the world. We offer excellent quality fabric in different weights, colors, and patterns. While many tents are made from cotton canvas, our fabric is specially coated with PVC on the roof to provide strength and waterproofing. Some tents are entirely made from PVC coated fabric. Additionally, our fabric can be customized with an extra blackout layer in the middle to ensure 100% darkness.
LIVITE PVC Tent Fabric has several desirable properties, including airtightness, waterproofing, flame retardancy, mildew resistance, and abrasion resistance. We offer this fabric in regular weights of 650g, 750g, and 850g, but we can also customize the weight according to your needs. The fabric is rolled onto a cardboard core and protected by a layer of kraft paper. The width of the fabric ranges from 1.02m to 3.2m, and the color can be customized to meet your requirements. Different embossing rollers can give the fabric various surface styles, such as glossy, matte, or embossed patterns.
