LIVITE PVC Tent Fabric is a versatile material that can be used in a variety of applications, including hall tents, event tents, wedding tents, official use tents, storage tents, and curve tents. It is a type of PVC Coated Fabric produced using a semi-coated machine with a high-strength scrim reinforcement. The scrim can be made from fiberglass, nylon, polyester, or a combination of these materials.
Our PVC Tent Fabric is the most popular choice among people around the world. We offer excellent quality tent fabric in different weights, colors, and patterns. While many tents are made from cotton canvas, our fabric is reinforced with a heavy-duty PVC coating on the roof to ensure strength and waterproofing. Some tents are entirely made from PVC coated fabric.
In addition to its durability, our tent fabric also offers blackout properties. We can add an extra blackout layer in the middle of the fabric to ensure 100% darkness inside the tent.
LIVITE PVC Tent Fabric has several key properties, including airtightness, waterproofing, flame retardancy, mildew resistance, and abrasion resistance. It is available in regular weights of 650g, 750g, and 850g, but we can also customize the weight according to your needs.
The material is rolled onto a cardboard core and protected by a layer of kraft paper. The width of the PVC Tent Fabric ranges from 1.02m to 3.2m, and the color can be customized to meet your requirements. Different embossing rollers can give the fabric various surface styles, such as glossy, matte, or embossed patterns.
