LIVITE PVC Tent Fabric is a high-quality material that is widely used in various applications such as hall tents, event tents, wedding tents, official use tents, storage tents, and curve tents. It is a type of PVC Coated Fabric produced using a semi-coated machine with a high-strength scrim reinforcement. The scrim can be made from fiberglass, nylon, polyester, or a combination of these materials.
Our PVC Tent Fabric is the most popular choice among people around the world. We offer excellent quality tent fabric in different weights, colors, and patterns. Many tents are made from cotton canvas but have a heavy-duty PVC coated fabric on the roof to ensure strength and waterproofing. Some tents are entirely made from PVC coated fabric. Additionally, our fabric can be customized with an extra blackout layer in the middle to provide 100% darkness.
LIVITE PVC Tent Fabric has several desirable properties, including airtightness, waterproofing, flame retardancy, mildew resistance, and abrasion resistance. It is available in regular weights of 650g, 750g, and 850g, but we also offer customization options. The fabric is rolled onto a cardboard core and protected by a layer of kraft paper. The width of the PVC Tent Fabric ranges from 1.02m up to 3.2m, and the color can be customized according to customers' requirements. Different embossing rollers can give the fabric various surface styles, such as glossy, matte, or embossed patterns.
