Made from high-quality and high-polymerization PVC resin materials, environmentally friendly plasticizers, and various additives from foreign brands, our biogas membrane ensures stable product delivery quality.

 

With precise control over thickness, weight, and mechanical parameters, the LIVITE Biogas Membrane meets strict technical requirements. Utilizing advanced European and American technology, our processing parameter control is visualized, controllable, and measurable, allowing for timely correction of any deviations during processing to guarantee product quality stability.

 

The advanced stress relief coating processing technology enhances the flatness of the product and elongation after installation, reducing customer maintenance costs and ensuring optimal performance.

 

LIVITE's advanced surface treatment technology, combined with surface treatment agents imported from Europe, ensures effective surface treatment and self-cleaning performance. Different surface agents can be used to meet various application needs and achieve desired application effects.

 

The special formula and design of the LIVITE biogas membrane structure guarantee air tightness and resistance to acid and alkali. The product exhibits excellent methane permeability with low energy reaching 165ppm. Its service life exceeds 15 years, meeting all technical requirements.
