LIVITE PVC Tent Fabric is a versatile material that can be used in various applications, including hall tents, event tents, wedding tents, official use tents, storage tents, and curve tents. It is a type of PVC Coated Fabric produced using a semi-coated machine with a high-strength scrim reinforcement. The scrim can be made from fiberglass, nylon, polyester, or a combination of these materials.
Our PVC Tent Fabric is the most popular choice among people worldwide. We offer excellent quality tent fabric in different weights, colors, and patterns. Many tents are made from cotton canvas but have a heavy-duty PVC coated fabric on the roof for added strength and waterproofing. Some tents are entirely made from PVC coated fabric. Additionally, our fabric can be customized to include an extra blackout layer in the middle, ensuring a 100% dark effect.
LIVITE PVC Tent Fabric has several desirable properties, including airtightness, waterproofing, flame retardancy, mildew resistance, and abrasion resistance. We offer this fabric in regular weights of 650g, 750g, and 850g, but we can also customize it according to your specific requirements. The material is rolled onto a cardboard core and protected by a layer of kraft paper. The width of the PVC Tent Fabric ranges from 1.02m up to 3.2m, and the color can be customized to meet your preferences. Different embossing rollers can give the fabric various surface styles, such as glossy, matte, or embossed patterns.
